Basic principles and how to apply them into class and everyday life.
Alignment, breath and posture check.
Use of props and equipment.
Mini class to kickstart the core.

WEEK TWO

Introduction into main exercises and how to modify to prevent injury.
Further use of equipment advancing from week one.

Deep dive into classic Pilates exercises.
