Let's go upside down!
WHAT TO EXPECT
This three hour workshop focuses on inversions. It is perfect for practicing yogis that wish to develop their learning, development and awareness of going upside down. This will be held at our yoga studio in Liverpool city centre, ELEVEN:ELEVEN Yoga Studios. 14 Cook Street, L2 9QU.
You will be taken through a 30 minute meditation to enhance confidence and empowerment which is necessary to remove any fears that you have when going upside down.
Following on from this, you will be taken through a 60 minute flow to develop strength by firing up the core and finding balance in the body.
After the body, mind and spirit is charged and prepped, Lauren will be taking you through 90 minutes of inversion training.
You will be learning six inversions and how to deepen your practice and improving your technique and most of all in a safe way to prevent injuries.

- Pincha Pose (For advanced students)
- Handstand (Where to take your practice next)
WHO ARE YOU TRAINING WITH?
Your workshop is hosted by Lauren, the founder of ELEVEN:ELEVEN Yoga Studios. She is a trained specialist in ashtanga and vinyasa flow and absolutely loves inversions.
Inversions is one of Laurens favourite things to practice and she is looking forward to sharing her knowledge with you, so you too can advance in your yoga practice.

This workshop is for practicing yogis that wish to take their practice to the next level, but are unsure how. Whether you have never done inversions before but want to learn to start, or at a level of headstand but want to develop it further, this course is for you.
