WHAT TO EXPECT
In this 3-hour workshop we will work through an adapted Rocket 2 sequence, with a focus on arm balances and the accompanying transitions.
Exploring arm balances and transitions in a yoga class can feel a little quick, and before you know it the class has moved onto the next asana. This workshop will give you the time & tools to explore Rocket arm balances, and find ways that work for you to move into and through them.
In this masterclass we will explore:
- Bakasana (crow) & jump back
- Eka Pada Bakasna
- Koundinyasa ( & variations)
- Astravakrasana ( & variations)
- Mula Bandha check up ( & variations)
- Strength drills
- & more!
We will close the practice with pranayama and meditation.
All levels welcome. There will give varying options and levels of difficulty dependant on your personal practice and journey.

WHO ARE YOU TRAINING WITH?
Abbie is a registered Level 1 Rocket teacher with David Kyle, as well as completing advanced Rocket training with Amber Jean and Amme with the Rocket Academy. Abbie has over 500 hours training including 175 hours Rocket training, alongside training in Ashtanga Vinyasa, Mandala, Pranayama and Meditation. Abbie’s classes are joyful, inclusive, strong, and dynamic. Her life has been transformed through the practice and she is passionate about sharing and facilitating this to others, wherever they are in their journey!
