ASHTANGA PRIMARY SERIES
You will be taken through an ashtanga series and will be challenged, motivated and put to the test in this class. Through a series of short hold asanas (postures) that aims to build fire within the body, you will be sure to feel a physical hit from this series, as well as developing your own emotional endurance. You will be taught to focus on the four main principles of ashtanga to take your practice to the next level. Suitable for intermediate yogis, however if your are physically up for the challenge, some beginners may enjoy this yoga kick. Over time your progression from this class will be noticeable.

Any cancellations within 24 hours of the start of a class will not be possible. Courses and Workshops Refunds are not possible, however you can transfer your booking to an alternative workshop by contacting the studio no later than 7 days prior to the start of the workshop.
