Expect a Hatha flow with Lauren that builds and progresses through a series of layers. This class aims to make you feel more relaxed and focuses on mild strengthening exercises and developing your flexibility. It will allow you to explore a mindful and emotional approach to yoga to bring out your internal vinyasa and a quietening of the mind. Suitable for beginner to advanced yogis.

Any cancellations within 24 hours of the start of a class will not be possible. Courses and Workshops Refunds are not possible, however you can transfer your booking to an alternative workshop by contacting the studio no later than 7 days prior to the start of the workshop.
