MEET YOUR TEACHER
Allie is a Liverpool-based Reformer Pilates instructor specialising in helping people build confidence, strength, and a deeper awareness of their bodies. Living with scoliosis, she first turned to Pilates to improve alignment, but soon discovered how profoundly it supported her anxiety and overall wellbeing. This personal experience shapes her passion for teaching and sharing Pilates as both a physical and mindful practice.
Her approach is supportive, clear, and empowering, creating a space where clients feel encouraged, understood, and capable from their very first class. Allie focuses on strong foundations, mindful movement, and building connection through breath and alignment.
She leads our Beginners Reformer Courses at ELEVEN:ELEVEN, guiding you through essential techniques that improve posture, strength, and confidence on the equipment.
