Service Description

In this class you will be guided through a meditation surrounded by incense and dimmed lights to reduce stress and allow the body and mind to relax. After meditation and pranayama (breath work) you will be taken through a light flow and long held stretches to target areas of tension. Expect ambient vibes and bolsters to aid your practice

Cancellation Policy

For all cancellations or to reschedule a class, please contact us at least 24 hours before the class is scheduled for, or visit members area to manage your class schedule and alter your booking from there. Any cancellations within 24 hours of the start of a class will not be possible. Courses and Workshops Refunds are not possible, however you can transfer your booking to an alternative workshop by contacting the studio no later than 7 days prior to the start of the workshop.
