Align your body and mind by slowing down and taking time to connect with yourself. You will be guided through a series of postures in a slow moving flow to relax the body.
With a slow playlist, incense and a fully immersive ambient experience, you will feel calmer and more relaxed in this class. Suitable for all levels.
A Hatha flow builds and progresses through a series of layers. This class aims to make you feel more relaxed and focuses on mild strengthening exercises and developing your flexibility. It will allow you to explore a mindful and emotional approach to yoga to bring out your internal flow and a quietening of the mind.
Suitable for beginner to advanced yogis.
You will be taken through a set series of postures and will be challenged, motivated and put to the test in this class. Through a series of short hold asanas (postures) that aims to build fire within the body, you will be sure to feel a physical hit. You will be taught to focus on the four main principles of ashtanga to take your practice to the next level.
Suitable for intermediate yogis, however if your are physically up for the challenge, some beginners may enjoy this yoga kick. Over time your progression from this class will be noticeable.
In this class you will be guided through a meditation surrounded by incense and dimmed lights to reduce stress and allow the body and mind to relax. After meditation and pranayama (breath work) you will be taken through a series of long held stretches to target areas of tension. Expect ambient vibes and the use of bolsters to aid your practice
In a Vinyasa class you will be taken through a flow where you will move and breathe together with fluidity. You will unlock areas of tension, increase strength and flexibility, while relaxing the mind and deepening your yoga practice.
Yoga and Tone
This class is low impact but high intensity, with a pilates infusion to provide a strength workout, with a cool and urban playlist of hip-hop lofi funky beats. For students who like a physical challenge, you will build tone, increase strength and develop a unique yoga practice with a modern twist.
Yoga Nidra, or Yogic Sleep, is a state of consciousness between wake and sleep, which is obtained through a guided meditation. Relieve stress and unwind in this relaxing class.
